FOODER 2026 — From Farm to Table

What to expect

FOODER brings the people behind the food industry together at Korat Hall on the fourth floor of Central Korat. The three-day event follows the journey from farm to table, with exhibitors covering ingredients, processed food, drinks, packaging, logistics and food technology. The launch announcement describes more than 100 exhibition booths, making this a useful event for people interested in both local products and the businesses producing them.

There is a business side to the programme as well as products to browse. Organised networking and business matching are intended to connect farmers, small businesses, manufacturers, buyers and potential partners. The talks announced in the launch coverage include entrepreneurs behind Qingdao Mala, Khanom Baan Khun Ya and Jom Yut dipping sauces, sharing their experience of building food businesses.

Korat Daily and Siam Rath both confirm the 30 October–1 November dates and the same hall. The provincial Federation of Thai Industries is leading the event with Nakhon Ratchasima Province, TCEB and partner organisations. Visitors can use the exhibition to discover products; business owners can focus on the talks and matching programme that fit their interests.
