Terms of use — Korat360

1. About these terms

Korat360 (korat360.com) is a local guide to Nakhon Ratchasima ("Korat"), operated by KORAT HOME SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED (บริษัท โคราชโฮมเซอร์วิสจำกัด, registration no. 0305569005746; "we", "us"). By using the site, or by submitting anything to it, you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice (About the data) explains how we handle personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. Information on the site

We research places, events and answers carefully and show where information comes from. But businesses change hours, prices, menus and owners without telling us. Ratings, opening hours and photos credited to Google or other sources are shown as provided by those sources and may be out of date. Always check important details (opening times, prices, bookings, accessibility) with the business or organiser before you go. Korat360 is not responsible for losses caused by relying on information on the site.

3. Business listings and claims

• Anyone may suggest a place. Only the owner or an authorised representative may claim a listing. By claiming, you confirm that you have that authority. We may ask for proof and may refuse or remove a claim.
• Claimed businesses may update their details, photos, specials and events. You're responsible for keeping them accurate and lawful. Remove or update specials that have ended. Specials not reconfirmed within 60 days are hidden automatically.
• We may edit, translate, shorten, correct or remove any listing content, and may decline to list any business.
• A claim, a listing or a payment does not buy a rating, a review or a ranking. Our editorial order and team reviews are independent (see How we review).

4. Sponsored and featured placements

Paid placements are always labelled "Sponsored". They may appear at the top of a list or map, but they don't change our ratings, reviews or the editorial order of other places. We may refuse or end a placement that breaks these terms or misleads visitors.

5. Things you submit (photos, events, specials, questions, reviews)

• Submit only content that is true, lawful, and that you have the right to share.
• Photos: you must own them or have the photographer's permission. Don't upload photos showing identifiable people without their consent, or photos of children without a parent's or guardian's consent.
• You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Korat360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, crop, translate and share it on korat360.com and Korat360's own channels (social media, newsletters) in connection with the place or event, for as long as it's on the site and a reasonable time afterwards.
• We review submissions and may refuse, edit or remove them without explanation.
• Not allowed: false or misleading information, fake reviews, spam, advertising disguised as editorial content, illegal goods or services, adult sexual services, gambling, hate speech, harassment, malware, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Copyright and removal requests

If you believe content on Korat360 infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@korat360.com with: the page address, the content concerned, why it infringes your rights, and your contact details. We review requests promptly and remove or disable content where appropriate, usually within 48 hours. Photos displayed from Google are removed from our pages on request.

7. Maps and third-party services

Maps use OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and other providers credited on the map. Links to Google Maps, Grab, LINE MAN, ticket sites and businesses' own pages lead to services we don't control; their own terms apply.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping, overloading, attempts to break security or spam protection, or impersonating others. We may block access that harms the site or its users.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent Thai law allows, Korat360 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, products or services of the businesses and organisers listed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Businesses' responsibility

A business that claims a listing or submits content is responsible for it, and will compensate Korat360 for claims caused by that content being false, unlawful or infringing.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use or submit to the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
