Contact the data controller at the registered address above or hello@korat360.com.
- Sign in with the business account you want to delete.
- Open your account menu and choose “Account and data”.
- Read what will be removed, choose “Delete my account and data”, and confirm.
Request by email
Email hello@korat360.com with your account email, or Facebook account name and the relevant business link. We may ask you to prove control of the account and will handle the request within 30 days. Do not send passwords or tokens.

We remove sign-in identities, sessions, Facebook tokens, contact preferences, unpublished drafts and private business-verification evidence. Business management access is released. Public business facts and approved content may remain without the account association. Image-license evidence and records required by law may be retained only as necessary. Contact us to review removal of a specific published item.
Remove the connection in Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and websites → Korat360 → Remove. When Facebook sends us a data-deletion request, we verify its signature before processing it and provide a confirmation code and status link.
